Position: Low Voltage Project Manager
Location: Clarksburg, MD
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead low voltage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and estimation.
- Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and other resources.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to procure materials and services needed for project execution.
- Oversee project execution, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and any relevant updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in low voltage project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong estimation skills, with the ability to accurately assess project costs and develop comprehensive budgets.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, regulations, and best practices.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
